I am looking at an L3010 with 115hours on it. It has a bush hog and is emmaculate condition. What would it be worth?

Can someone help me with a valuation for my tractor. I have a year 2000 L3010, HST, 4WD, R4 tires, folding ROPS, and a quick disconnect woods 1012 loader. Total package has only 400 hours. It has been kept under cover since new. I will be selling it in a few months and would like to know what kind of price I should ask for it. Thank you
